In the mornings neighbors will take their pooches out for a morning stroll or joggers will be starting their day and everyone is always so friendly.
The vacation home offers a split floor plan that is ideal for two couples or a family wanting some privacy. Enter the expansive Master Suite through the french doors off to the right of the great room. This half of the house is yours. Maybe rent a boat yourself, with only 10 minutes out to the river and on the way to the Gulf of Mexico.
If looking for more adventures, you do not have to go far. Just out of Four Mile Cove, 1/2 mile away, there is tons of shopping (even outlet mall close by) and conveniences, restaurants, spas, fine dining, night clubs, fitness centers, bowling or golfing . A quick car ride to go visit Sanibel Island for shelling and shopping (1/2 hour drive) or Captiva a little farther. Go see Fort Myeres Beach with the baby powder soft white sand (1/2 hour away). The Yatch Club and Marina is only 10 minutes away with a small beach, fishing pier on the river, plenty of shopping and restaurants with live entertainment. A very fun afternoon indeed! Sun Splash Water Park is also so close by for the kids entertainment.
