Perfect Escape We came for July 4th weekend and loved it. The pool and spa were great . The Lanai was great especially at night to relax.
Short getaway Although it was relentlessly raining most of our trip, we had an amazing time at this property. The new tiki hut on the water was a perfect addition for us to relax in the rain. We also enjoyed the pool as well. Kim was very easy to get in contact with and the checkin process was very smooth.
Wonderful inside and out Exactly as described by the owner. The main house had everything we needed, the pool and patio was amazing - used it every day. The new Tiki Hut (on the water) was completed early in our stay and was fantastic. Out of the sun during the heat of the day, and beautiful place to sit for sunsets. A bonus was the neighborhood. Very quiet, went for a walk twice per day and met some very nice neighbors. Also good for biking. Very convenient to all shopping needs. If we return to the Cape Coral area again on vacation, we would not hesitate to stay at the "Cape Coral Gem" again.
Excellent vacation! We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home for 5 weeks. It is in a fabulous location, close to restaurants and shopping. The swimming pool and hot tub were well used. Kim could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. I think I have made a new friend! ?
Holiday Escape in Cape Coral We stayed 18 nights over Christmas and New Years to have a warm family vacation away from the winter weather in Wisconsin. We all loved the home, the location, the pool, the fishing, wildlife, the lizards, the iguana who lives in the tree across the canal, the local amenities, and awesome south Florida weather every day. The house is clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Kim keeps a very neat and inviting home and our family enjoyed all it had to offer. Thanks for an awesome holiday vacation in this Cape Coral home- we highly recommend it!
Perfect for our family of 6 Perfect Thanksgiving getaway! We had perfect 80 degree weather and this beautiful home worked great for our family with 4 teenagers! The hot tub was great, we made use of the fishing poles for fishing in the canal, and enjoyed using the nice lounge chairs and grill. We also liked the location - very close to a movie theater, restaurants and shopping area. The kids were nervous with the list of rules but it was nice to know what was expected during our stay. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone and the area is great!

The house, the dock, the location, and the overall layout of the house was perfect. My family and I had one of our best vacations ever. The house is centrally located to just about everything you will need. There are stores close enough To walk or a short bike ride. We absolutely loved the pool and accessibility. We stayed at this lovely home for a week. You couldn’t ask for a better view. The large doors opening to the lanai were fabulous. We spent most days lounging by the pool, watching the fish jump and the odd boat make its way thru the canal. The neighboured was quiet and we enjoyed a few walks a day with our dog. The house is nice and close to shopping and restaurants. Charles was very helpful with a few questions we had during our stay. Kim was always quick to respond to any questions. This was an outstanding experience from the very first moment I inquired about the home to when we Reluctantly had to Leave .Kim was fantastic from explaining the features of the ( of which there is many) home to the many fantastic places to explore that where VERY close by ! The house had everything you will need to make your vacation perfect from the four bikes , pool toys , fishing poles ECT ECT ECT ... We very much enjoyed our stay at the home and in Cape Coral during the month of February, leaving the polar vortex in the upper Midwest for the consistent sunny 80 degree weather. The view from the lanai and the pool overlooking the intersecting canal was beautiful. The home was very clean and quite comfortable while we also found the neighborhood to be quiet and safe. Its location near Del Prado Blvd. made it very convenient for groceries, retail, and restaurants. While there is much to do in and around Cape Coral and Fort Myers, we found ourselves spending quiet days relaxing at the home and enjoying the pool. We would consider staying at this home again in the future.
We enjoyed our stay very much. We even tried fishing with the pole provided but no success! The house was clean and everything in working order. Lots of space for everyone to do their thing. Being from Minnesota, I enjoyed peaceful time outside as much as possible. Fish often jumped in the canal. Beds were comfortable and there was even a fan in the house that I could use near my bed. I like the white noise and wind when I sleep! The pool was really nice - clean and pretty. Hot tub was a plus. A big DVD selection is available for your use. There were some coffee filters there for me and some supplies of toilet paper and soap at the sinks. A nice plus. The owner, Kim, is very responsive. A few small negatives - the house is not as new as the pictures make it appear but it's still a nice place. And as a rule-follower, I found all the house rules stressful. Long list of rules and they are posted everywhere. I also think you should not require a damage deposit AND insurance. The owners must have had trouble with people not treating the house with care in the past. Also - you should note that prices are per-person so the more people you have in the house the more it will cost you to rent. I didn't find this information on the description ahead of time so I was surprised by this practice. All in all - I recommend this rental.

The bedrooms are very nice and our two grandkids loved the bunk beds. The pool and lanai are very nice and the weather was perfect for swimming with our 5 and 2 year old grandkids.
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to your Cape Coral home. We were surprised at how spacious and well appointed the home was. We loved starting and ending each day sitting on the dock or poolside and watching the mullet jump in the water. Charles couldn’t have been more attentive and efficient with anything we had questions about. We loved the proximity to all the good shopping and restaurants nearby. It was truly a wonderful home. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
I was having a girls weekend with a childhood friend and I found a few houses I liked. But after corresponding with Kim, the homeowner, I knew this is where I needed to stay. She made me feel like I was HER friend coming to stay at her home. The home itself is immaculate! Even behind the TV is spotless! We had one minor issue, but once I told Kim, it was handled immediately. I plan to stay here again without doubt. The beds are super comfy, the pool is clean, the AC was cold, and curling up with the big blankets at night to watch movies was the perfect ending to our days in the pool. Don't hesitate to stay here. I am not easy to please, somewhat shameful to say, but it's true. This place is worth every penny and then some!!
Wonderful time in paradise We spent 3 weeks in paradise! The house creates a unique "step inside, feel at home" feeling like no other house we had before. (warm and colorfully painted walls and wall decorations that fit into the overall feeling). Everything was perfectly organized and the house was spotless upon our arrival. The well planned master bedroom area is unique with a walk-in shower, large vanity area and walk-in closet as large as a regular room, naturally completely furnished with wall to wall racks for plenty of space. A king sized bed instead of the existing queen size would make things perfect! Furnishings in the entire house are above standard for a rented property. The garage is well equipped with bicycles, fishing rods and swim toys. Newly appointed property manager Charles is very competent and always in the immediate area to assure trouble shooting on short notice. He is a very "hands on" person who is able to fix technical problems himself without having to wait on other workman. The owners quickly respond to any inquires we had, which is a sign that they care! Overall we can highly recommend this property. We would glady come back ourselves but unfortunately the rates have been increased to the point where it exceeds our budget. Kim and Mike thanks very much for a remarkable experience and we wish them all the best for the future.
Stayed in this beautiful house during a weekend getaway. Close to Fort Myers but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. All necessities were provided, only needed to bring consumables. House is beautiful and spacious. Would definitely stay again!
Joe & Mary As snowbirds getting away from the cold winters in the north we felt we had come to a tropical island when we entered this house. Palm trees along the canal beyond the pool on the lanai are a beautiful backdrop and we immediately began to relax. The house is beautifully decorated adding to that feeling. Everything we need is here and when we need to restock shopping is literally minutes away. The house is so conveniently located yet so peaceful and quiet. There are water toys for playing in the pool, bikes for exploring, and quiet streets for just taking a walk. Kim, the owner has been available and helpful for any questions and so has Tommy Lee. This is the 4th time we have rented a house in this area and it far surpasses the others. We are enjoying this time here and are planning to return next winter.
Perfect, peaceful location with breathtaking views Great location! Very close to shopping and restaurants; yet, very peaceful and quiet back at the residence. We visited Fort Myers Beach, which was a short 25 min or so drive from the house. However, the beach is beautiful, but we preferred the paradise we found at Kim's house! Awesome master suite and spacious 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Loved the open floor plan and dining in the lanai. The canal behind the lanai is so serene, and sitting on the boat dock watching fish jump was such fun for nh son! Highly recommend for a family vacation or even 2-3 couples.
Sweet, relaxing and everything we needed A beatiful home, with lots of space for my family to gather. We loved the pool and the frangipani outside the pool was so fragrant, it added to our whole feeling of vacation!

I read a book( Kim has a wonderful selection to choose from) drank some wine, looked out over the water, and soaked up the sun! All the amenities you can think of were there- my girls loved the bikes... The location is quiet and perfectly close to shopping- restaurants...The beaches are a little drive but always awesome and well worth it! Mike and Kim are THE REAL DEAL!!!!! They want your stay to be wonderful and will help you anyway they can! Our family trip was a true joy so book now!
What an amazing home! everutjkng was just perfect! Would love to be back! From the moment we walked in, we were absolutely amazed. This home has everything a family could dream of. Private heated inground pool with an amazing hot tub. You get to control the warmth of both of them, which is such a treat. The owner is extremely responsive and super nice and helpful for anything that may arise. We would absolutely love to return to this wonderful home! They have all the linens and dishes that you can hope for, along with toys and bikes. They even have fishing poles where our children caught numerous fish while watching dolphins swim by in the amazing lagoon out back. What a wonderful treat! Wonderful canal home It was nice to find a rental in Cape Coral on a canal that was owner operated.. I always try to deal with owners ONLY.. There is less hassle. I had no one controlling my electric meter and cutting off my thermostat like I saw in other rentals. You check in and be responsible and enjoy your vacation and check out.. I don't know why more owners can not be like this one.. This house had everything you needed, we loved the landscaping and the covered pool. We had a boat so we went out in four mile cove and enjoyed all the keys and waterways of Fort Meyers. ..Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.
Just as listed, with no surprises. The house was ready for us on time. The property was clean and well prepared for us when we arrived. Beds and furniture were in good condition and very comfortable. Lots of dishes for our use. The pool was a welcome activity after our drive to Florida from Canada. We would and most likely will stay here again!
PARADISE INDEED! We had a wonderful time while vacationing in your beautiful home. Your home was very welcoming and very spacious. Beautifully decorated too. I just love all the furnishings, especially the bed in the master bedroom. It was so comfortable that I just had to see what brand mattress it was. It truly gave us a restful sleep without waking up with aches and pain. We went swimming everyday and got to see many different sites in close proximity to the home, e.g. Off Broadway play with dinner, restaurants and mystery dinner train, just to name a few. Visting from Illinois This home was everything we could have dreamed of and more! It has all the amenities that anyone could ask for! The location is great as well... we spent many days at Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva. However, just relaxing at the house itself was wonderful with the pool, hot tub, and beautiful view of the canal. It was very hard to leave! Mike and Kim are AMAZING to work with! We can't wait to book this home again for next year!

The house was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised that house actually looked better than the photos(and the photos were good!). We enjoyed fishing off the dock(in the canal), swimming in the pool, grilling and enjoying the patio under the evening lights. The location is great for visiting Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers, Venice, Tampa, and St. Petersburg.
Paradise Retreat for sure! The house was absolutely beautiful and the perfect vacation getaway. All the amenities needed to have a wonderful vacation, the pool, hot tub, the open air views from within the home, the beautiful setting on the water and so convenient to grocery and other shopping. We really relaxed, had fun on the water with a rented boat and enjoyed the area around Cape Coral. The owners are especially nice to work with in planning a vacation. Finally, we were thrilled they allowed us to include our dog in our vacation!
Great home!! This house is so perfect we really didn't want to leave. We were quite content just enjoying the view. We saw fish jumping out of the water, little lizards, a manatee and her baby in the canal. We would BUY this home if the opportunity presented itself! We felt like we lived here our whole lives. So homey and comfortable! We leave in two more days and we are dreading it! Lol!
Christmas in Florida 2015 Our stay at Perfect Paradise was fabulous! The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who asks! The Florida weather couldn't have been better which made our trip even better.
Jeff and Leah My wife and I just finished our stay at your home and found it to be everything we were looking for. We love the Cape Coral area and plan to be there extensively once we are both retired. Your home was a beautful as the pictures revealed. I read all the reviews about your place and definitely agree with what the others have already shared, except the one negative review. {I'm not sure where that person stayed, but it was definitely not your place. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The pool and hot tub with the southern exposure was perfect for sitting, swimming and just floating around. I love to fish off the boat dock and my wife loves sun bathing. Your location gave us the best of both. A local baitshop owner gave me tips on catching the mullet that jump out of the water. We loved the open concept and really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor atmosphere with the glass doors open to the lanai. Your home was spotless, the fishing tackle was an added bonus for me. We also loved being close to the Walmart.LOL I definitely recommend your place to couples wanting to enjoy a private getaway and also for families with children. The saftey locks on the lowere cabinets were a nice touch. We didn't need them this time, but will next year with our granddaughter. Great family vacation! Great location! Close to Walmart and grocery stores but the canal was still quiet. Owner was very helpful in all aspects. Home was well laid out, clean and spacious for our family of 6. Pool was great, we couldn't get the hot tub to work but that could have been user error as ours at home has just one button you push. We did see a few alligators in the canal which was interesting. Chartered a boat nearby for deep sea fishing and brought a lot of grouper home with us. We enjoyed the outlet stores nearby too. We had a great family vacation.

Unsere Vermieter hatten eine Mappe mit alken wichtigen Infos rund ums Haus und über Restaurants bereit gelegt. Der Email-Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Alles in allem ist dieses Haus sehr zu empfehlen!
Captain Diana This home was a perfect fit for two captains celebrating their 46th Wedding Anniversary. Our passion for water was totally satisfied between the pool, canal, and dock to which we tied our boat after fishing and exploring the Gulf, inter coastal, and canal systems. The sliding glass pocket doors of the house allowed us to enjoy all the sights, sounds, and beauty of the great out of doors no matter what time of the day or night. The special lighting in the living room, after nightfall, gave a soft elegant glow perfect for entertaining or just a quiet evening for two. The sunsets over the canal were breathtaking and a perfect way to celebrate the end of another great day in FL. Kim, we will be forever grateful to you for all you personally did to make our FL stay such a wonderful carefree moment in time. And Tommy Lee, the perfect go-to-guy for your home, was delightful!
So much fun!! We had such a great time at this house. It is in the best location as it is so close to everything you need such as: groceries and shopping, one of the main bridges to the beaches nearby, the Four Mile Cove Preserve, downtown Cape Coral. Yet sits on a intersecting canal location which gives the feel of being away from it all!! We had a 'pet' turtle come by and see us many days. We saw two very large alligators meandering by, tarpon and many other fish such as the Mullets which were so interesting to watch jumping! The house is well appointed and comfortable. The owner was very responsive. And there is a rental manager nearby who was just great in making recommendations for restauarants, pet groomers, pedicures etc!! It was great to be able to have a contact with such long history in Cape Coral to guide us. Take advantage of the bikes and ride to Four Mile Cove and walk the boardwalk there!! We recommend this house for your vacation rental!!

Visiting from Massachusetts We recently stayed at this vacation home to attend a wedding in Sanibal Island. It was everything we could have asked for and more. The location is perfect for attractions and beaches, resturants and shopping are not far away and the home itself is immaculate. Everything is in working order, the pool was amazing and we would definitely rent this house again. Highly recommend vacationing at this home.

Nice place to stay on the Cape We enjoyed our time at the home, and always love visiting the Cape. Saw several manatees swim past, and caught many catfish off the bank. Pool solar heater was leaking and spraying like rain into pool/lanai for the entire stay, property manager was notified and shut it off (which did not stop the leaking). Unfortunately there wasn’t a repairman available, so our time using lanai & pool was very limited, other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.
